New favorite pic

The family went to Lake Metigoshe for the long holiday weekend. It's so sad that it's the last weekend of the summer. We are not ready for the summer to be over and for fall to sent in full force. The weekends weather was definitely far from ideal and we found ourselves inside more than we would have liked. But when the sun came out or the wind died we made sure to make the best of it!! Dreyden even got a little tubing and fishing in!! This picture of my 3 favorite people was taken on Friday evening, shortly after we arrived. It's my new favorite picture!!

Just a little kiddo update:
Drey started preschool again last week. He looks forward to going, in fact we use it as a bribery tactic when he is naughty! Matt and I cross our fingers that his love for learning and school will continue for many years to come.

Sloane is on the go. She currently has 2 gears...park and reverse! She still has not conquered the forward motion on all fours, but moves around pretty good backwards. Although she has backed herself into a few tight places (under her jumper and the entertainment center). She also cut 2 more teeth this last week and now has her 4 front teeth. Time flies and it makes me sad how fast they grow up!!
